New No Further Action Site

IWM's underground storage tank remediation work is approved.

The Kentucky Underground Storage Tank Branch granted No Further Action status to an IWM project site in Powell County.  Total project costs exceeded $500,000, but the costs were entirely covered by Kentucky’s Petroleum Storage Tank Environmental Assurance Fund.  IWM would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the property owner for reaching the end of the process.  Also, thank you very much for your cooperation along the way!
