We offer a free initial consultation to help us understand your needs. From there, we provide a written proposal for how we can help acheive your objectives; this scope of work outlines billable services before costs accrue.
i'm tired of consultants dragging work out and trying to add scope. How are you different?
Our business is based on referrals. We take care of our clients and don't "milk" projects. Our reputation for cost-effective and efficient environmental solutions is hard-earned and a differentiator that we protect at every juncture. We see ourselves as an agent of our client and a partner in the project's success, which gives us a different perspective and approach than some consultants.
Does IWM provide references?
We take our clients' privacy very seriously, so we do not publish references online. However, we have many happy past and current clients who have given us permission to share their contact information with potential clients.
HOW SOON CAN YOU SCHEDULE MY JOB?
We have a large field team who works in conjunction with our project managers and company leadership on each project, which allows us to handle many projects in parallel. We honor commitments made with each client by handling work with a queue system and providing an estimated timeline for the scope of work prior to contract signature.
